Find yourself stuck in your head with anxious thoughts about your relationship? 


This 10-minute guided audio process will help you get out of the loop of anxious thoughts and into your body. Learn how to tune into your body so that you can release the anxious energy and feel safe and present. When you feel safe and present in your body, your thoughts will no longer feel so scary and overwhelming.


It's best to practice this process even when you are not anxious so that you can easily access this skill when you feel yourself becoming anxious. The more you practice this, the easier it will be to get out of the loop of anxiety and fear.
